silver medal in Sofia, BIWC 2016

We are very proud to announce that our red wine Plovac Ploški barrique 2010 won the silver medal at the International Balkan Wine Competition 2016 in Sofia, Bulgaria, last weekend. This wine comes from the grapes of Plavac mali grown on the steep slopes of Ivan Dolac.

Another important news for the international reputation of Croatian wines is that POŠIP 2015 Volarević is awarded as the best indigenous white wine!

The Grand Trophy winner of the 5th Anniversary edition of the Balkans International Wine Competition (BIWC 2016) is the dessert wine Sigalas Vinsanto 2006, Greece.
